#A Government Environmental Management Charge (aka EMC or Marine Park Entry Fee) of $5.50pp is included in the “Total Cost” of all Cruise & Snorkelling and Cruise & Dive options. The EMC is payable direct to ARISTOCAT by guests on the day of travel.
*Some medical conditions (for example asthma) and medications will preclude you from diving without a dive medical certificate. Check with us prior to booking.
Restrictions apply and vary (often 24 hours) in going to altitude (flying) after diving. Check your airline’s policy.

• Boards at Berth D3 at 8:30am

Terms & Conditions
Conditions: The tourism activities
permitted by the Great Barrier Reef
Marine Park Authority offered, conducted
and operated by Chartercorp Reef Tours
Pty Ltd ("CRT") maybe affected or
cancelled at the discretion of CRT by
factors beyond the control of CRT
including without limit weather
conditions and the behaviour of marine
life. Some of the activities
involve inherent risks. In
consideration of the right to
participate in an activity the
participant voluntarily assumes all
risks relating or incidental to such
participation and releases and
indemnifies CRT from all present or
future claims of whatever nature.
CRT reserves the right to refuse to
permit participation in any of the
activities or to require proof of
medical fitness to its satisfaction
prior to permitting a person to
participate in any of the activities
offered.
Cancellations: At least 24 hours
notice of cancellation required for
refund. If for any reason one or
more of your party are unable to travel
with us please notify us at least 24
hours prior to departure date so that
your seats may be resold.
Cancellations after that time will incur
NO SHOW charges equal to the amount of
the total fare.
